Q: Do you work with a second photographer?

A: Yes, our full day wedding packages include 2 experienced lead photographers and an assistant to help through the day. Our Engagement services are just one photographer riding solo!

Q: Do you have backup cameras and equipment?

A: Yes, of course! We always plan for 15 minutes to set up our equipment and lights prior to your event.

Q: What would happen if you have an emergency or accident on our wedding day?

A: In the case of an unforeseen emergency, our amazing team is well equipped to capture your day just as perfectly!

Q: Do we get all the photos from the day?

A: Yes, you will receive a digital album of your full wedding day lightly edited. You will have full downloading rights to all of the photos!

Q: How many edits do we receive?

A: The number of edits depends on the duration of your day. We edit all of the photos from your day!

Q: Can we have some of the unedited photos without the watermark?

A: To ensure the integrity of showcasing your event at a high quality standard, we do not give out unedited photos.

q: Can we purchase additional hours beyond what our package allows?

A: Yes, you may purchase as many additional hours as you’d like.

q: What does your editing cover?

A: Standard Editing (included): Adjusting lighting and tones, cropping and straightening images, and face retouching.
Advanced Editing (an additional cost & turnaround): Removing people/items from the background, fixing attire, removing wrinkles, adjusting your personal features, etc.

q: Are my wedding photos safe?

A: We do everything in our power to ensure your wedding photos are safe. We safely store all memory cards upon backing your photos to a separate external hard drive, a RAID enabled external hard drive, and uploading them into the cloud in case of fire/flood.

q: How soon after our wedding will our proofs be ready?

A: We require four weeks to complete the editing and send over your final gallery. 

q: Do you provide video services?

A: We do not offer video services ourselves, but we have teamed up with Rise Filming for 2 photo-video packages and but have also worked with many amazing videographers that we’d be happy to recommend.

q: Do you choose the location for our love shoot or do we?

A: The decision is definitely yours, but our team can always provide recommendations based on your vision.

q: Do you provide any prints?

A: We ourselves do not offer printed services. However, the service we use to share your final gallery with you has a printing capability for you to order your images in print - the quality is phenomenal!

q: Can you provide my venue with a certificate of insurance?

A: Absolutely! Please have your venue manager or wedding coordinator reach out to our team via email and we will get this taken care of.

q: What is your payment schedule?

A: A flat rate of $1500 non-refundable retainer is required to book any photo package. For photo-video packages, the retainer is $2500. The remaining balance is due the day after the wedding.
